International Programs

ROA has been designated by the Department of Defense (DoD) as the Executive Agent at the Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR), and the Interallied Confederation of Medical Reserve Officers (CIOMR). Both organizations are affiliated with NATO

CIOR has signed a Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with the Interallied Confederation of Reserve Non-Commissioned Officers (CISOR) and the National Reserve Forces Committee (NRFC).

CIOMR is also affiliated with the NATO Committee of the Chiefs of Military Medical Services (COMEDS) which is the senior committee for medical care and acts as the central point for the development and coordination of military medical matters and for providing medical advice to the NATO Military Committee.

ROA is the Executive Agent for the United States at the Pan American Union of Armed Forces Reserve Officers (UPORFA) which is supported by the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).
