"I am honored and humbled  to receive the  2016 CW4 Michael Novosel Outstanding Warrant Officer of the Year Award representing my unit,  the 311th Signal Command (Theater) and the USAR Warrant Officer Cohort.

The ROA is a dynamic organization and a powerful voice to the legislative branch and congress on behalf of our guards and reserves.  We need veterans, drilling reservists, and Active Guard Reserve Soldiers to come together and be part of this great organization showing unity and synergy. Encourage our commanders on the ground to earn their support in order to provide relevant information benefiting Soldiers’ morale and welfare. Relevance is the key and “be-in-the-know” is a must."
