Resolutions

Resolutions are established and adopted by the National Convention, National Council, or the National Executive Committee with input from the ROA membership at large.

ROA's efforts on Capitol Hill are dependent on grassroots and grasstops support from ROA members. ROA's executive director, service directors, and legislative director all advocate with Capitol Hill offices, the Pentagon, Department of Veteran Affairs, and other federal agencies.

Members are encouraged to use resolutions and the readiness resources provided by ROA national to engage regularly with decision makers and their staff at all levels of government.
