ROA is fortunate to be located in a premier location directly across from the U. S. Capitol in Washington, DC. The ROA Building, as it has come to be called on Capitol Hill, not only serves as ROA National Headquarters, but also is an excellent multi-purpose facility capable of hosting diverse meetings and conferences, including celebrations, luncheons and dinners, and other events. This historic facility stands as a memorial and structural tribute to the Reserve Officers of all military and uniformed services who have served or are currently serving this great nation.
Financial Goals and Consideration: Minuteman Memorial Building Fund Revitalization

The Wall of Gold emphasis is designed to reconstitute the building fund, ensuring that on-going maintenance and improvements preserve this prestigious building. White marble interior walls are located throughout the first floor and on certain portions of the third floor.

Over the years, and currently, names have been etched on the marble walls. Some names have been etched with gold letters. In addition to names, ROA entites such as Departments and Chapters have contributed to have their identity etched into a wall.

The current contrubition program allows only for gold colored names to be added and the contribution for this tribute is $1000.

There remains space on the first floor for about 800 additional names [as of Spring 2010]. When these spaces are taken, no more will be available.
Wall of Gold Contributor Protocol
- Names and ROA entities will continue to be added (in gold lettering only).
- For continuity and appearance purposes, names and entity titles will continue to be restricted to 15 characters (to include spaces).
- New names to be added will require a minimum contribution of $1,000.
