What:

 

The Reserve Officers Association (ROA), in partnership with the Institute for Shipboard Education (ISE) is setting sail August 19-23 aboard the luxury MV Explorer. Embarking from Boston, Massachusetts and debarking in historic Halifax Nova Scotia, this four day voyage will feature an incredible lineup of education and enrichment opportunities. Passengers will have the unique opportunity to learn from and engage with, some of the top minds in defense, legislation, foreign policy, and national security. Outside the classroom, attendees will experience a wide variety of enrichment programs and entertainment:

  • Gen. Michael Hayden, USAF (Ret.)–former Director, CIA and NSA
  • Maj. Gen. James Livingston, USMC (Ret.)–MOH recipient
  • LTG Jack Stultz–Commanding General, USARC
  • Lt. Gen. Michael Dunn, USAF (Ret.)–President, Air Force Association and former President, National Defense University
  • Jack Goldstone–Professor, GMU School of Public Policy
  • Mackenzie Eaglin–Resident Fellow at the Marilyn Ware Center for Security Studies, American Enterprise Institute

  • Al Zapanta–President and CEO, U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and former Chairman, Reserve Forces Policy Board
