The Congressional Hall of Honor on the fifth floor with striking views of the Capitol Dome and Senate Office Buildings is suitable for groups of 70 to 200 and is easily configured into two separate spaces.
The fourth floor symposium room, which accommodates up to 44 in theater style, also serves as a perfect operations center for lobbying days and executives preparing for Congressional testimony. It, too, is easily configured into two separate spaces.
The lobby makes the perfect first impression for a reception for as many as 200 people prior to ascending to the top floor for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The space is also ideal for news conferences or an intimate meal for 60 and opens onto an outdoor patio.

The Reserve Officers Association
Top of the Hill is located in the Minuteman Memorial Building, owned by the Reserve Officers Association. A non-profit organization, chartered by the U.S. Congress, its mission is to educate the public on matters that affect national security and global stability.
