ROTC & JROTC Medals and Certificates
(Support for ROTC and Junior ROTC Medals and Award Certificate)

Both ROTC and Junior ROTC awards are supported through your local ROA Chapter and Department (State) organizations. These local points of contact serve as the primary source for medals and/or ribbons and the accompanying award certificates.

Please direct your support request to your local ROA ROTC Committee Chairmen – they handle both ROTC and JROTC activities. The decision point for all support resides at this level of our Association. Our National office located in Washington DC has nothing to do with ROTC or JROTC issues. Below on a separate sheet is a list of all of the ROTC Chairman who distribute the medals to the JROTC units in your area with e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.

In the event that local ROA organizations are unable to provide ROTC or JROTC medal kits, two commercial vendors have these items for sale and the school may purchase these items directly from these vendors. These are shown below:

ROTC and JROTC Certificates
Certificates are to be printed locally using the certificate pdfs available for download on this page. These certificates are in interactive pdf format. You can type the name and school information in the spaces provided...they default to the correct type size and style. If you have the latest Adobe Reader, you can save the form with the information you've entered for later printing. Older versions of Adobe Reader won't save the information and require that you print each form once you've entered the information.
