Henry J. Reilly Memorial Scholarship

Brig. Gen. Henry J. Reilly, USAR, one of the original founders of the
Reserve Officers Association, and its first National President 1922–23.

First implemented in 1982, the Henry J. Reilly Memorial Scholarship Program is designed to assist deserving members of ROA, ROAL, their children, or grandchildren who wish to attend or who are now attending accredited U.S. colleges or universities.

This scholarship is funded through the Henry J. Reilly Scholarship trust, which states that preference of its award will be given to those pursuing a military career. ROTC cadets, midshipmen and currently serving military graduate students are strongly encouraged to apply.
