Henry J. Reilly Memorial Scholarship

First implemented in 1982, the Henry J. Reilly Memorial Scholarship Program is designed to assist deserving members of ROA, ROAL, their children, or grandchildren who wish to attend or who are now attending accredited U.S. colleges or universities.
Brig. Gen. Henry J. Reilly, USAR, one of the original founders of the Reserve Officers Association, and its first National President 1922–23.

The Henry J. Reilly Scholarship Committee has completed is selection process. This year's field of applicants was especially impressive, making the decision process both challenging and competitive.
