CDR J. Miguel Santos ROA life member CDR J. Miguel Santos (USNR) is the Boeing Director of International Sales for Africa and Middle East. He was recently selected as a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (UK), the world's oldest aeronautical society. In the Navy Reserve he has held positions in various engineering units and force squadrons and has published several papers on topics including Structural Reliability, Corrosion Control, Aircraft Painting, Affordable Readiness, Aviation Maintenance Human Factors and Ground Crew Coordination. He is a graduate of the Naval War College and Joint Forces Staff College and has received several Navy medals. In 1999 he was selected Reserve Officer of the Year.

Capt Todd Rose Capt Todd
Rose is a Communications Force Readiness Planner at Air Force Reserve
Headquarters/Force Readiness at Robins AFB, Georgia. He deployed to Camp
Victory, Baghdad, Iraq from Sept. 2007 to Feb. 2008, working for the Joint
Operations Center for Multi-National Corps-Iraq, and in 2007 won the
Communications and Informations Award for Information Assurance and Company
Grade Officer of the Year in the Communications and Informations Directorate.
According to his nominator, he is a selfless warrior and an outstanding leader.
He is employed in Emerging Technology Sales for AT&T. |

Capt Amber Daugherty ROA Member Capt Amber Daugherty is the Plans & Programs Flight Commander in the 55th Combat Communications Squadron at Robins AFB, GA, where she is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and reporting unit readiness for a 120-person squadron. She is also a 6th grade math teacher and coach at Travis Middle School in Temple, TX, and makes the trek to Georgia to perform drill monthly. She volunteered to deploy to Balad Air Base, Iraq in 2008 and Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan in 2009, and was the AFRC Communications & Information Company Grade Officer of the Year in 2008. |

CPT Dana Perkins ROA member CPT Dana Perkins, Ph.D., of Bowie, MD is a 71A/Microbiologist with the USAR Consequence Management Unit in Abingdon, MD. She was mobilized for active duty under OEF at Madigan Army Medical Center where she served as the Chief of Clinical Immunology and Molecular Diagnostics Laboratories and as a CBRN Threat Instructor with the I Corps' Regional CBRN School in Fort Lewis, WA. She is employed by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. |

LT Robert Allen ROA
member LT Robert Allen of Mt. Lebanon, PA is a Financial Officer with
the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group. In 2008 he was selected
for the Navy's Full Time Support program. He deployed in support of
Operation Enduring Freedom to Kuwait in 2006 and has four Navy
Achievement awards. He was previously Project Manager/Transportation
Management at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Louisville, KY. |

1LT Robert Prah ROA
member 1LT Robert Prah is a Tactical Intelligence Officer with the 56th
Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 1st Battalion, 111th Infantry Regiment.
His National Guard Brigade is the only Reserve component Stryker
Brigade Combat Team and he recently returned home from a rotation in
Iraq. He is the University Director of Veterans Affairs at
California University of Pennsylvania. |

Maj Julianna Olson ROA
member Maj Julianna Olson is a nurse with the 934th Aeromedical Staging
Squadron at Minneapolis-St. Paul Air Reserve Station. She just got back
from Iraq where she ran the Iraqi-American Nursing Education Program
that helped increase health care to the Iraqi population. |
