 NATIONAL SECURITY REPORT
The National Security Report (NSR) is the official publication of ROA's Defense Education Forum (DEF). Published since February 1983, the NSR is charged by the Executive Committee (EXCOM) to carry out ROA's Congressional Charter of supporting and promoting national security. It is distributed to ROA members, the White House, members of Congress, faculty and students of the war colleges, faculties of service academies and military institutes, libraries at selected military bases, Active and Reserve commands and selected reserve units.
