The Reserve Officers Association (ROA) is located in the Minute Man Memorial Building, only steps from the U.S. Capitol. The focal point of the main hall is a replica of the statue of the Minute Man of Concord bronze statue.

The construction of the Minute Man Memorial Building was supported solely by the generosity of its members and its auxiliary, the Reserve Officers Association League (ROAL). It was dedicated on Washington's Birthday in 1968.

From its strategic location, ROA speaks with the collective authority of its members—active, reserve, retired, and former commissioned officers of the Uniformed Services of the United States.

The Minute Man: Our purpose, to make his spirit live in the hearts of Americans for all time.
