Contact your congressman with your views on this issue. 12/19/2005 - Sample Letter about getting the Defense Spending Appropriations Bill to the Senate Floor The troops need this bill. 3/17/2004 - Letter on Russian Lease vs C-5 Upgrades The letter was sent to the chair and co-chair of the defense committees dealing with airlift.
