RESOLUTIONS

Resolutions are established and adopted by the National Convention, National Council, or the National Executive Committee with input from the ROA membership at large. ROA's efforts on Capitol Hill are dependent on grassroots support from ROA members. ROA's executive director, service directors, and legislative director all advocate with Capitol Hill offices, the Pentagon, Department of Veteran Affairs, and other federal agencies.
