RESOLUTIONS

Resolutions are established and adopted by the National Convention, National Council, or the National Executive Committee with input from the ROA membership at large. ROA's efforts on Capitol Hill are dependent on grassroots support from ROA members. ROA's executive director, deputy executive director, service directors, and legislative counsel are all registered lobbyists.
