The ROA 2010 Convention is still scheduled as planned despite the region's massive snow storm. If your travel plans have changed, call the Hilton at 202-483-3000 and adjust accordingly. Guests unable to show up this weekend due to the storm will not be charged a cancellation fee by the Hotel. If you need to cancel your convention registration, e-mail your request to einteriano@roa.org with your name for a full refund.
Reserve Component Expo UPDATE: The Reserve Component Expo, previously scheduled to open Sunday, Feb. 7, will now open Monday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. The Expo will have extended hours, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., with a reception scheduled 4 - 6 p.m.
