to a Tabletop format vs. a “full blown” exhibit hall. Therefore 27 Tabletop displays will be set
outside of meeting space.

then will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. All NSS/Convention meetings and events will be held at the hotel.
cost to exhibit is $750.00. This price
covers Tabletop exhibit space (4’ x 8’), and includes one 6’ draped table, two
side chairs, one wastebasket, a standard company sign, and pipe and drape to
mark your area. The area is carpeted.

Exhibitors can set-up on Thursday, 8 August, morning before 8 a.m. Displays must be ready for business by 8 a.m.

The NSS/Convention will continue through
Saturday, August 10th but registration and exhibits will be
dismantled on Friday, August 9th between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
ROA's 2013 NSS returns to Washington DC and will be hosted by the
Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Reservations for the Wardman Park must be
made by July 19 to be eligible for the ROA Group Rate of $169/night.
