Please plan to join us for the Reserve Officers Association’s 27th Annual Reserve Component Expo as more than 500 men and women from all six uniformed services come together to exchange ideas, renew their commitment to the security of our nation, and celebrate their dedicated service.
The Reserve Component Expo is an integral feature of the Association’s 2012 National Security Symposium being held January 29—February 1 at the Marriott Wardman Park, Washington, DC.

Review the floor plan and select your location preferences. Every effort will be made to assign the space you prefer. ROA Industry STARs will receive priority placement and special consideration will be given to returning exhibitors.
2. Enclose your booth payment. Booth prices are listed on Exhibit Space Application/Contract. Full payment is due with all applications received after December 5, 2011.

EXHIBITOR SERVICE KITS Hargrove will maintain a service desk in the exhibit hall during installation, show hours, and dismantling. The Exhibitor Service Kit (order forms for furniture, ancillary services, material handling, etc.) will be produced and available on-line. Kits will be mailed, if requested.

EXPO CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ROA Exhibits Coordinator, Linda Cooper. Refund of the total amount paid, less a $100 processing fee per 10' x 10' reserved space will be made if the cancellation is received on or before December 5, 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after December 5, 2011.
