Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Reserve Officers Association’s 2013 National Security Symposium being held August 7 – 10, 2013 (Exhibits will be available to conference attendees on 8-9 August 2013) at the Marriott Wardman Park, Washington, D.C..    

Tabletops will be located on the Thurgood Marshall Ballroom Foyer of the hotel near ROA registration and meeting session rooms.   Changes to conference attending policies prompted the decision to move to a Tabletop format vs. a “full blown” exhibit hall.  Therefore 27 Tabletop displays will be set outside of meeting space.

Tabletops will be assigned to ROA Industry and Affinity partners and sponsors first and then will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.  All NSS/Convention meetings and events will be held at the hotel.

The cost to exhibit is $750.00.  This price covers Tabletop exhibit space (4’ x 8’), and includes one 6’ draped table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, a standard company sign, and pipe and drape to mark your area.   The area is carpeted.

Specific information regarding shipping, material handling, and ancillary services i.e. electricity, internet, etc. will be available on-line.   The on-line link and password will be sent to you once your space application is processed.  In the meantime, below is information you will need to make travel plans.

Exhibitor Move-In: 

Exhibitors can set-up on Thursday, 8 August, morning before 8 a.m.  Displays must be ready for business by 8 a.m. Thursday, 8 August 2013.

Exhibit Hours: 

Staffing your Tabletop display will be at your discretion.  Traffic will vary throughout the day as the Tabletops will be set up outside of our meeting area.   Below are registration hours:

Thursday, August 8        8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Friday, August 9             8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Move-Out: 

The NSS/Convention will continue through Saturday, August 10^th but registration and exhibits will be dismantled on Friday, August 9^th between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Hotel reservations:

ROA's 2013 NSS returns to Washington DC and will be hosted by the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Reservations for the Wardman Park must be made by July 19 to be eligible for the ROA Group Rate of $169/night. Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-212-5752 or by following the link below.

Symposium registration:

You are not required to register for the convention. Your exhibitor badge will give you access to your Tabletop and certain program sessions only.  It will NOT give you access to ticketed events i.e. Keynote Speaker luncheon or the closing Reception.  You can register for these events online.
