Ad Hoc ROA Academy Committee
The Ad Hoc ROA Academy Committee develops subject matter to be presented at the ROA Academy that enhances knowledge, skills, and tools for department leadership.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees manages all property held in trust for the association, investing the assets in a manner which will insure the viable long-range goals of the association. The Board also acts as trustees for the separately incorporated ROA Memorial Endowment Trust.

Budget and Finance Committee
The Budget and Finance Committee continuously studies the fiscal affairs of the Association, recommends an annual budget, reviews the annual audit, and make recommendations to the National Executive Committee.

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee acts in an advisory capacity on all matters involving internal and external communications of the Association.

Constitution and Bylaws Committee
The Constitution and Bylaws Committee continuously studies the national constitution and bylaws and draft resolutions proposing necessary changes that may be desirable for action by the National Convention.

Credentials Committee
The Credentials Committee oversees the distribution of official delegate credentials at the National Convention and provides a report to the National President on the official delegate count for the convention.

Education Committee
The Education Committee conducts programs that inform members and the general public as to the needs, capabilities and status of the total forces of the United States. In addition, the committee makes recommendations on matters of professional development programs and defense education programs, as well as the Defense Education Trust Fund.

Endowment Committee
The Endowment Committee informs, encourages, and assists ROA members and other individuals interested in supporting ROA’s purposes in contributing significant gifts to the Endowment Trust Fund to perpetuate the Reserve Officers Association and its goals and objectives.

Health Services Committee
The Health Services Committee maintains close liaison with the services’ Surgeon General on matters involving the readiness of military healthcare, both in peacetime and mobilization. The committee acts in an advisory capacity on all matters of policy and procedure relating to health services.

H. J. Reilly Memorial Scholarship Committee
The Scholarship Committee reviews and makes recommendations on selection criteria, number and amount of awards, and selection of recipients, as well as the Henry J. Reilly Memorial Scholarship Trust Fund

Insurance and Financial Services Committee
The Insurance and Financial Services Committee acts in an advisory capacity on all matters, except actual expenditure of insurance related funds, relating to the insurance and divergent financial services plans offered to the members of and/or sponsored by the association. The committee also renders risk management advice and counsel on insurance and employee benefits programs covering the association, its subsidiaries and staff.

The Junior Officers Committee acts in an advisory capacity on all matters relating to junior officers.

Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee acts in an advisory capacity on all matters of policy and procedure relating to legislation. In addition, the committee works to increase the effectiveness of grassroots level legislative programs.

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is responsible for studying, formulating and implementing a program designed to maintain and promote membership in the association at the maximum potential obtainable.

Resolutions Committee
The Resolutions Committee studies all resolutions properly submitted and makes recommendations on adoption of those that are desirable for action by the National Convention or the National Council.

Rules Committee
The Rules Committee formulates procedures for the National Convention and assists the National Council as appropriate, based upon the Association's Constitution and By-Laws, as well as parliamentary rules and Convention protocol. The committee studies recommendations for rules changes and revises the rules as necessary to conform to ROA’s Governing Instruments.

Strategic Planning Committee
The Strategic Planning Committee acts in an advisory capacity in the development of long-range plans for the Association, to include the headquarters building, membership, financial requirements and information systems.

Warrant Officers Committee
The Warrant Officers Committee works to develop specific programs to increase warrant officer membership in ROA. It monitors legislative proposals specifically affecting warrant officers and coordinates the flow of pertinent information to the ROA Legislative Department.
