CIOR LANGUAGE ACADEMY
Sofia, Bulgaria, July 24 through August 6, 2009

CLA 09 will convene July 24, 2009 through August 6, 2009 at the National Military Training Center, Charalitza (Sofia), Bulgaria, sponsored by Bulgarian Retired Officers Association, Lt Gen (R) Stoyan Topalev, President.  The Host Nation Liaison Officers are Col (R) Konstantin Popov and Maj (R) Dimitar Popov and the Project Manager of the Congress is Col. Atanasko Stefanov.

The cost will be 320 Euros covering berthing, messing and sponsored social activities for the two week course.  A limited number of Scholarships are available as provided by CIOR affiliated nations, as well as military units, non-governmental organizations, individuals and other sources.
