LEGISLATION AND MILITARY POLICY:

ROA takes on aggressive 2010 legislative agenda
Annual agenda items are selected to reflect the current environment our members serve in. Agenda items are member-driven, organized by the legislative counsel, and acted on by the staff with actions such as letter writing, legislative lobbying, and working with the uniformed services. While not fully prioritized or all-inclusive, the agenda provides focus for the association's legislative efforts.

Where's My ROA Calendar?
Because ROA's direct mailing partner, Barton Cotton, went bankrupt, ROA no longer solicits donations using gimmicks such as address labels, cards or the annual calendar. For those members who are calling looking for the calendar, ROA no longer has the capability to produce one without entering into another direct mail agreement: a decision that was decided against at the urging of members. ROA calendars will not be mailed for 2010. ROA's new annual giving program is through the Sustaining Member Program.
