New One-Day Registration Fee
Unable to attend the full convention? The new one-day registration option allows you to attend one or more days (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) for a fee of $150 each day. One-day registrations do not include Joint Services Breakfast, or Military banquet—those tickets must be purchased separately.

The Air Force's newest C-17 Globemaster III arrives Oct. 28, 2009, at Charleston AFB, S.C. Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner Jr., the commander of Air Force Reserve Command, accepted the aircraft from Boeing, noting the critical role that C-17s are playing in Iraq and Afghanistan, where they've boosted the survival rate of the nation's wounded to more than 90 percent. The Air Force has ordered a total of 213 C-17s, with production currently set through July 2011. (Air Force photo by Capt. Bryan Lewis)

MILITARY HISTORY:
Nov. 7, 1973 - On this day, The War Powers Act was signed into law. The War Powers Act requires the president notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days without an authorization of the use of military force or a declaration of war.
