Your Rights In and Out of Uniform: Laws for a Transitioning Military A Continuing Legal Education Seminar
This seminar is eligible for eight hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credits. CLE credits can be received according to the applications standards as established by the attendee's state board of bar overseers.
Featuring field leading experts in the areas of
military justice service member employment laws; topics include an examination of judicial
processes unique to service members, the Service Members Civil Relief
Act (SCRA), the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights
Act (USERRA) and the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act
