HASC Chairman Files NDAA Conference Report
After months of bipartisan work, Rep. Howard P. "Buck" McKeon (R-CA) filed on behalf of the NDAA conferees the Conference Report to Accompany H.R. 1540. Throughout this process, ROA has stressed the importance of the Reserve Component and has advocated for provisions for these deserving servicemen and women. The House and Senate leaders hope to secure a floor vote and move the NDAA to President Obama's desk before December 16.

Stolen Valor Amicus Brief Filed with Supreme Court
In conjuction with members of The Military Coalition, ROA submitted an Amicus Brief to the Supreme Court, arguing the constitutionality of the Stolen Valor Act.
