Senate Passes the NDAA for Fiscal Year 2012 Last week, the Senate passed a $662 billion bill for the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2012. The bill is now in conference with the House of Representatives' NDAA bill, which passed in May. ROA continues to review the amendments to the Senate bill and how it will affect the Reserve Component.
Justice for Troops Act Passes Senate Last Week, the Senate passed the ROA-supported Justice for Troops Act, which will help connect service members to quality pro bono legal assistance.
