U.S. Office of Special Counsel Meets on USERRA Enforcement, TSA exception discussed
Last week, U.S. Office of Special Counsel and reps from MOAA, VFW, and ROA's Capt Sam Wright met to discuss USERRA enforcement and what can be done to advocate for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers who are currently not subject to USERRA if they are members of the Reserve and Guard.

(R-Texas) this week announced Mark Prater as the panel's staff director, citing Prater’s “know-how and experience” as “exactly
what we agreed must be the top priority for the staff serving all the

ROA meets with Walgreens to discuss threatened TRICARE disassociation
Last Thursday, ROA and other military veteran associations met with reps from Walgreens Drugs, which is threatening to pull out of the TRICARE Pharmacy Network after stalled negotiations with Express Scripts, with whom ROA met earlier this year.
