Wright Patterson AFB Receives C-17s
Wright Patterson AFB has received five of eight C-17 cargo planes scheduled for delivery. The C-17s will do double the amount of flights as the ten retired C-5s. ROA continues to advocate procurement of C-17 aircraft and C-5 upgrades for the Reserve Components so they can provide an adequate airlift force.
