ROA Responds to DoD Funding Shortfall ROA has signed letters to the House and Senate Appropriations committees urging both to pass defense appropriations for FY2011. Meeting with Sen. Kerry ROA met with Sen. John Kerry’s staff to discuss retroactive earlier Reserve retirement, which would credit those that have been activated since Sept. 11, 2001, rather than just those activated since the early retirement bill passed in 2008.
