Supreme Court Reverses 7th Circuit in USERRA Case The Supreme Court reversed the unfavorable Seventh Circuit decision against Army Reservist in Staub v. Proctor Hospital Tuesday. The decision strengthens USERRA protections for all service members and veterans. ROA's Service Members Law Center advocated for Staub by submitting a "friend of the court" brief, and advising his attorneys prior to oral argument. ROA commends Supreme Court decision in Staub v.
