ROA met with Sen. Bill Nelson’s (D-Fla.) staff about eliminating the Survivor Benefit Plan/Dependent Indemnity Compensation (SBP/DIC) offset. The offset eliminates SBP payments for those surviving spouse who also receive DIC. |
