ROA's New Governance After a multi-year effort to update ROA's Constitution and Bylaws, the ROA Convention passed a new set of governance documents. These documents will be available on ROA's web site once formatting and legal review have been accomplished. The next Time on Target member newsletter will go into detail on the changes made and their effect on the organization.
