	USAF Supports ROA's Upcoming National Security Symposium NSS Support Letter from the Office of the Chief of Staff, Dept. of the Air Force DC Chapter to Host Annual CG Reception ROA's DC Chapter 4 will host the annual Coast Guard Reception Jan. 31 from 1630-1830. ROA 2011 National Convention

	Post-9/11 GI Bill Improvements With our student veteran participants, ROA began identifying issues that would remain if the current version of the improvement bill is passed, and alternatives if the improvements are slowed by Congress. ROA Meets with Vets to Discuss New GI Bill 2.0 VA Begins Paying Benefits for New Agent Orange Claims The VA began using liberalized rules for Agent Orange exposure for Vietnam vets. ROA has testified twice on health effects from the Vietnam War this year. ROA Current Issues: Veterans Affairs ROA Meets with Rep. Bob Latta to Discuss TRR ROA met with the staff of Rep. Latta, about TRICARE Retired Reserve. Topics included: lack of access to register for is and high premiums. Latta’s staff agreed the intent of their bill hasn’t been met, which he will attempt to fix. ROA Meets with Wisconsin Physicians Service ROA met with the Wisconsin Physicians Service, which administers the claims and appeals for TRICARE. This was the first meeting at WPS in four years.
