Funding Bills Not Complete, Continuing Resolution Only Option None of the 12 appropriations bills for FY 2011 have been completed in Congress. With the start of the new fiscal year Friday, preparations are underway for a continuing resolution that will keep the federal government open.

Departments need to supervise their subordinate Chapters to ensure this requirement is met.
