	Two New Resolutions Passed by National Council 10-33 Calculation of Mandatory Removal Date for Officers (personnel) 10-34 Seek Permanent Fix for Fees Paid to Medicare and TRICARE Health Providers (retention) ROA Encourages Reserve Component Members to Take DADT Survey ROA has participated in the DoD Working Group on DADT policy changes and encourages those serving members who received the electronic survey to participate. Learn more ROA Testimony on Arlington Cemetery Sparks Questions from the Hill Learn more TMC Meets with Senate Finance Committee ROA met with professional staff members on the Senate Finance Committee due to participation in The Military Coalition's (TMC) Tax and Social Security Committee to answer questions on goals for creating tax credits for employers of Reservists, improving tax deductions for overnight travel expenses of G-R members, and increasing the Alternative Minimum Tax Exemption (AMT) for children who receive a Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) annuity.

	JOLDTS Kicks Off Thursday to Sold Out Audience The JOLDTS program this week in Colorado is featuring leadership perspectives from joint senior officers, topics of joint interest, and mentoring opportunities, along with visits to major Commands in the area. The class will also visit the ropes course at the Air Force Academy. The next professional development opportunity sponsored by ROA will be an RCJOPDS program in late January. July 17, 2009 - On this day, the town of Le Mesnil Rouxelin, France dedicated a plaque honoring the 35th Infantry Division of the Nebraska National Guard at the location where it entered St. Lo on July 18, 1944, to capture the vital crossroads city from the Nazis.
