Doc Fix Needs Fixing
Doctors are growing increasingly wary of the continuous uncertainty over the 21.2 percent doc fix. If passed in a few days, the American Jobs and Closing Tax Loopholes Act of 2010 (HR.4213) would further delay the cut to Medicare fees through December 2011. The passage of the package totaling $115 has slowed due to cost and amendments. ROA urges you to contact your Congress members asking them to call on House leadership at www.roa.org/write2congress.
