Legislation Provides Important Extensions
Legislation was passed by the Senate providing extensions on a number of items about to “sunset," including stopping the 21.2 percent reduction in Medicare and TRICARE fees.

ROA meets with Department of Defense leaders
In separate meetings last week, ROA met with Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs Nancy E. Boyda, General Carter F. Ham and Mr. Jeh C. Johnson to discuss, among other things, TRICARE Reserve Select and the Yellow Ribbon reintegration program.

HISTORY:
March 16, 1802 - On this day, Congress approved legislation establishing the United States Military Academy at West Point, one of the oldest military service academies in the world. West Point was first garrisoned in January 1778 and is the oldest continuously occupied military post in America.
