ROA National Chaplain of the Year Announced Chaplain (Cmdr.) Phillip “Endel” Lee Jr., U.S. Navy Reserve, has been selected the Chaplain Vincent Robert Capodanno National Chaplain of the Year for 2009. As part of his recognition, he will deliver a prayer Feb. 9 at 2 p.m. to Congress in the Capitol building.

For Love of Liberty to Air in February on PBS For Love of Liberty: The Story of America's Black Patriots, by award winning actor Louis Gosset Jr., is a documentary film about the sacrifices and accomplishments of African-American service men and women, from the Revolution to the inauguration of Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama. It is set to air on PBS affiliates in February.
