ROA Greater East Bay Chapter 10 meets in Alameda California October 3, 2010. LTC Fred Regel presides over his first meeting as President of the chapter. He outlined his vision, future direction for the association and objectives addressed during the discussion. Present in the meeting were COL. Ralph Ortolano, LTC Buckhalter-Horne, MAJ Gatewood, MAJ Aurelio, CDR Donald Hawks, and Emily Hopkins. LTC Regel's vision: To use education as a vehicle for professional development and to take advantage of opportunities that would put value to the membership with the ROA.

Ricks,  Senior Fellow, Center for a New American Security, with a timely private luncheon and do a little local area networking among commanders:
