Welcome to the Reserve Officers Association (ROA) Department of the Golden West (California/Nevada) website. The Department of the Golden West (California/Nevada) ROA is for any federally commissioned and/or warrant officers who are serving in the Reserves, National Guard, Active Duty, and former military officers or who are retired military officers. Did you know our Department hosts a Department Convention and a Fall Council, as well as representing ROA California/Nevada at the National ROA Convention and at the ROA Leaders Conference! The Department of the Golden West (California/Nevada) ROA Department Council Meeting will be held during 8-9 November 2013, at Camp San Luis Obispo, CA.
