New DoGA Chapter Formation in North & South GA
Chapter Re-alignment in the Dept of GA. The DoGA Excom at it's recent meeting voted to combine the Dobbins Chapter and the Greater Atlanta Chapter into the Greater North Georgia Chapter 008. The territory of this Chapter 008 will be north of the Gnat Line of I-16 including Augusta and Athens but excluding the Macon & Warner Robins area. This area remains with the Flying Tiger Robins Chapter.
The Greater South Georgia Chapter includes the area south of the I-16 Gnat Line, excluding the Macon-Warner Robins metro area. The cities of Columbus, Savannah, Albany, Valdosta, Tifton, and their surrounding county areas are part of the Greater South GA Chapter.
