LODGING The cost of lodgings at the main Officers Club will be $93.00 per night which includes breakfast.
RESERVATIONS: Please indicate the number of rooms and number of people per room in the appropriate place on the registration form. Lodging reservations must be made by June 1 and will be forwarded to Al Michaud for action.
TRANSPORTATION Pick and return to the airport included in Registration fee.
REGISTRATION FEE: $250.00 (per person) The Registration Fee includes: Welcome reception (Thursday August 16), lunches (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), and banquet (Saturday August 17). Payment of the Registration Fee, for US Personnel, is made through the ROA Web Site. Use the ticket icon in the upper right corner or the buy tickets button below to access the registration form. Registration fee must be paid for each attending person. Separate forms are not required but you must provide "accompanying person" information and registration fee for each person attending.
Delegates/Observers from other countries may pay upon arrival, providing they have made a reservation with our Treasurer, COL John Hauschild, at roa19992000@aol.com
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
- Spouses will have one city tour and delegates will have an additional fee to participate.
