Course Information
The ROA Academy is a training environment offered by ROA National to provide professional ROA leadership training and motivation for newly elected ROA Department and Chapter officers.
This course was specifically designed for newly elected Department Presidents (and presidents-elect/officers in line for the Presidency) who have limited exposure to ROA at the National level. Each Department may register their Department President, their President-Elect, and other interested officers. All Department and Chapter leaders are encouraged to register. All ROA Academy courses and workshops are open to all ROA members. Each attendee will be given the ROA Academy Leadership Toolkit CD to take home for review and to conduct local training. We only ask that all attendees for all courses and workshops be pre-registered.
