Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Lecture

The Reserve Officers Association hosts Brigadier General Anthony Tata, Deputy Director, Operations and Training for the Joint IED Defeat Organization.

BG Tata will discuss the JIEDDO mission: focus (lead, advocate, coordinate) all DoD actions in support of Combatant Commanders' and their respective Joint Task Forces' efforts to defeat Improvised Explosive Devices as weapons of strategic influence.  BG Tata's presentation will focus on the Global IED threat and JIEDDO's coordination of the efforts to defeat them.
