There will be a reception with no-host bar at the conference hotel, Arlington Court Suites,  1800 Thursday evening, 29 October. The Conference will begin at 0800, Friday 30 October in Room 224 of George Mason University's Original Building. The general session will conclude 1300, Saturday 31 October. Additionally there will be a banquet dinner  1900 Friday at the Army Navy Country Club.
