The Reserve Officers Association
(ROA), in partnership with the Institute for Shipboard Education (ISE) is
setting sail August 19-23 aboard the luxury MV Explorer.
Embarking
from Boston, Massachusetts and debarking in historic Halifax Nova Scotia, this
four day voyage will feature an incredible lineup of education and enrichment
opportunities. Passengers will have the unique opportunity to learn from and
engage with, some of the top minds in defense, legislation, foreign policy, and
national security. Outside the classroom, attendees will experience a wide
variety of enrichment programs and entertainment:
