The series of Civil Affairs Transitions Roundtables continues with a roundtable on Military Occupation and Government. Topics to be discussed include international law, doctrine, and interagency implications as they relate to military occupations and situations in which, typically, the military, finds itself engaging in some form of governance. The United States’ experiences in military occupations and the planning and organizing for military occupation will also be discussed.
