Registration must be completed before midnight on 23 December 2016. The reception and closing dinner are included in your registration. The fees listed below are only for accompanying persons.

All registration fees are non-refundable. By submitting your registration, you are obligating ROA to pay fees, in advance, on your behalf. These fees are not refundable to ROA and therefore ROA does not have the flexibility to refund fees. If necessary, we shall use our best efforts to find a substitute traveler, but there is no guarantee that one can be found. If your plans change, notify CAPT David Epstein as soon as possible and he will attempt to find a replacement. Don't be a no-show. Once we arrive onsite, our ability to find a replacement becomes even more difficult.
The primary hotel for the US delegation is the Novotel Centrum. However, attendees may select any hotel they prefer. All rooms must be booked no later than 10 January 2017 to get the group rate. Reservations should be made by completing the reservation form and returning it to the preferred hotel. Breakfast is included in the per night fee.

The conference and meeting area are non-smoking area.
Security and Administrative Regulations
Your individual identification access badge and documents will be available at the registration desk in, which will be in: Sint-BAAFSHUIS, Biezekapelstraat, 2, 9000 GENT near the Cathedral. During this event, you must keep your identification badge with you at all times.

Participation of Guests
Guests are welcome to participate at both the Thursday visit to the “Mystic Lamb” of the Brothers Van Eyck, the reception and the closing dinner. Accompanying individuals must pay a fee of $28 for the reception and $83 for the closing dinner. You may pay for guests during the online registration process. Tickets for accompanying persons may also be purchased onsite in Euros.
Participants are required to make their own travel arrangements to/from/around Ghent. In the Brussels Airport (level 1) there are train connections to Ghent/St Pieters Station. Taxis are available or you may take tram lines 1 or 21 at the center.
