ROA Professional Development Programs provide a unique experience for serving Reserve officers of all U.S. military services. Programs include professional networking, on-site mentoring, briefings by senior DoD, Government and military service leaders, personal career information, leadership skills training opportunities and establishment of professional relationships. Forum on the Future of the Reserve Forces Policy Board - 10 March 2008
The Future of the Reserve Forces Policy Board (RFPB) was the topic of energized discussion in a landmark meeting of former RFPB Chairmen, sitting RFPB members, and representatives from the CNGR, the Department of Defense and Congress. At the end of the day, these past and present policymakers developed a list of recommendations collected in ROA/NGAUS letters addressed to the Secretary of Defense and the Chairmen and Ranking Members of the House and Senate Armed Services Committees as well as both chambers’ subcommittees on Personnel.

CNGR Commissioners Report Video

Law Review Library: The ROA Law Reviews address legal concerns of particular interest to Reservists. USERRA, SCRA, and other issues are covered. They are posted here concurrently with their publication in The Officer magazine.
Implemented in early 1982, the Henry J. Reilly Memorial Scholarship Program is designed to assist deserving members of ROA, ROAL, their children, or grandchildren who wish to attend or who are now attending accredited U.S. colleges or universities. The program opens on February 1 each year for that academic year. MORE
